Why Delta Tau Lambda?
Our Foundation
Academic Excellence
Education is our foundation. We provide the support and accountability necessary for our members to excel in their studies and graduate as leaders in their fields.
Community Service
As a community-oriented sorority, we believe in being role models for the youth and agents of change. From our Charitable Causes(Diabetes, Breast Cancer, HIV/Aids and Mental Health) to local outreach, service is at our heart.
Professional Development
We invest in one another. DTL provides opportunities to build the skills needed to transition from the classroom to the boardroom.
Cultural Legacy
At Delta Tau Lambda, we honor those who came before us by paving the way for those who follow. Through cultural programming and our signature "Salute to Latinas," we highlight the contributions of women of color in society. We take pride in our heritage, ensuring that our traditions are preserved while we evolve as modern, phenomenal women.
